    I joined your site and but I can't remember my username and/or password

    You should have received a confirmation email from signups@ccbill.com which contains the username and password you chose when signing up. When you accidently deleted this email click here to retrieve your membership details.

    I can't login to the member area it says "Forbidden"

    This means your IP address or Username is blocked due to multiple use or that you tried to login to many times with the wrong info. Please e-mail us for a new username/password.

    I can't login to the member area "Authorization Required"

    Our server is case sensitive, You must type the user name and password exactly as you did at sign up. You can verify the case sensitivity of your log-in by checking your confirmation email or by retrieving your account information here. Please e-mail us anytime you need assistance.

    How will the transaction appear on my credit card ?

    You will be discreetly billed by 'CCBill' the name of the site you joined will not appear on your statement.
